Matilda Cohen affectionately known as “Miss Tillie” started this condo business with her husband, Vic, in 1980 with one goal in mind, to provide a fun family vacation at an exceptional rate. She personally would speak with all of her guests and was known for her kindness and attention to detail. Her legacy carries on today as her children, Joy and Louie, honor their mother by continuing to provide families with that same service and dedication.
